Surrounded by green hills and close to the sea, it is very scenic and has an easy access to public transport and has a floor space of 10,000 square meters. The building serves as the management, co-ordination and administration centre for the oil depots, the wharf and the central control.The building is also used as the office,staff quarters and recreation center.The strategy research center and training center are located in the building and well.
